Between sessions, the daily practice involves listening to your personalised hypnotherapy recordings (15 to 20 minutes) and the nervous system regulation protocol (5 to 10 minutes). There is no complicated tracking or logging required. The between-session practice is audio-based and can be done during a walk, before sleep, or whenever fits your schedule.
