Each week includes one scheduled 1:1 session with Venetia (conducted via Zoom — approximately 60 minutes). Between sessions, the daily practice involves listening to your personalised hypnotherapy recordings (15 to 20 minutes) and the nervous system regulation protocol (5 to 10 minutes). There is no complicated tracking or logging required. The between-session practice is audio-based and can be done during a walk, before sleep, or whenever fits your schedule.

2. I'm in perimenopause, not full menopause yet. Is this programme still relevant?

Perimenopause is often when the hormonal and metabolic shifts begin to have the biggest impact — because the changes are less predictable and the standard advice ("just wait it out") is least helpful.
