The Pattern I Couldn’t Break

My journey started with sugar addiction. It wasn’t just about food — it was about control, cravings, energy crashes, mood swings, and the constant feeling of being at war with my own body and mind. I tried willpower, information, and “doing better,” but nothing stuck. The same patterns kept looping, not just with sugar, but across other areas of my life too. That’s when I realised the issue wasn’t a lack of discipline — it was something deeper running beneath the surface.

Discovering the Subconscious

That frustration led me to hypnotherapy. Not as a last resort, but as an answer that finally made sense. For the first time, I understood how the subconscious mind really works — how old programming, learned responses, and internal beliefs shape our reality long after their original purpose has passed. The changes I experienced weren’t surface-level. They were structural. Sustainable. Life-changing.

Stepping Into My Purpose

I went to Los Angeles and trained with one of the world’s leading hypnotherapists, Marisa Peer, who personally trained me. That experience changed everything.

From that point on, I had absolute clarity about what I was here to do. I saw how quickly deep internal struggles can shift when you work with the subconscious mind properly — and that real transformation doesn’t require years of therapy. It can happen in just a few focused hypnotherapy sessions.

Guiding Women Forward

Today, I’m on a mission to help women see every part of their lives as a sacred journey — not something to fix or endure, but something to fully experience. My work is about helping women reconnect with their deepest desires and open themselves to what they once believed was no longer possible.

That includes love, meaningful relationships, success, marriage, purpose, confidence, career changes and freedom from limiting habits and patterns. When the subconscious mind is aligned, life expands in ways that feel natural, not forced.

I help women remember that nothing is “too late,” nothing is off-limits — and that everything is possible when you stop fighting yourself and start working with your mind.

Most human behaviour is not conscious. It’s automatic. Roughly 90–95% of what we think, feel, and do is driven by subconscious patterning laid down through repetition, emotion, and early experience. Willpower lives in the conscious mind. Habits, cravings, emotional reactions, self-sabotage and identity live below it.

That’s the gap these modalities close.

Why hypnotherapy works

Hypnotherapy works by accessing the subconscious mind directly, where habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns are stored.
In this state, old associations can be safely re-coded, allowing rapid and lasting change without years of talk.

Why NLP works

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) works by changing the structure of thoughts, language, and internal imagery that drive behaviour.
It interrupts automatic patterns and installs new responses at the level the brain actually runs on.

Why cognitive behavioural therapy works

CBT works by identifying and correcting distorted thinking that fuels emotional and behavioural loops.
It stabilises conscious awareness and reinforces healthier beliefs and choices.
